What materials do you use? 

Here at Milk Moon we only use genuine semi-precious and precious stones. We love the natural elements of the earth, so we use crystals and minerals in our jewelry. Our chains are either gold-filled, sterling silver, rose gold filled, or mixed gunmetal with a base of sterling silver. 

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! It's one of our favorite things to do here at Milk Moon. If you see a necklace you like, but want it on a different chain or with different stones, email us and we can make a custom order. That way we know you will truly love it :) 

Can I buy multiple of the same necklace? 

Milk Moon prides itself in having each piece of jewelry be unique and one of a kind. We are able to make similar necklaces with slight variations, but no two necklaces will be exactly the same, as no two gemstones are identical. Email us if you have a piece of jewelry in mind that you would like multiple of (bridesmaid jewelry, party gifts, ect.) and we would be happy to work with you!

My item broke, now what? 

Each piece is handmade and some can be very delicate. If your item arrives damaged, or breaks while wearing it, please send us details so we can offer a replacement or refund.

How do I care for my jewelry? 

As a general rule, your jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning, and first thing you take off at night. Gemstones and minerals can crack or break easily, so try to avoid knocking or dropping them. Air will cause metals to oxidize (tarnish), we put a wax coating over our jewelry to delay oxidization, however, if you notice your jewelry starting to tarnish you can gently wipe it with a soft dry polishing cloth. 

Remove jewelry before exercising, swimming, or showering, as water can dull the luster of metal plating and gemstones.
